SENATOR PEARCE asked if the licensing boards and commissions are                                                                
still affected by the Finance Committee version of SB 24.                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR LEMAN thought they are not.                                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR LEMAN moved SB 24-REGULATIONS: ADOPTION & JUDICIAL REVIEW                                                               
for calendaring.  SENATOR ELLIS objected.  CHAIRMAN KELLY stated he                                                             
would like to hold SB 24 over for one day to review the changes                                                                 
made in the Finance Committee version.  There being no objection,                                                               
SB 24 was held over.
